We believe that investing in your mental health is one of the most important investments you can make.

We offer straightforward, transparent pricing for our therapy services.

Rates

• Private Pay Individual Session (60 minutes): $150
• Private Pay Couples or Family Session (60 minutes): $185
• Initial Intake Assessment (90 minutes): $200

*Fees may vary based on therapist experience and specialization.*

Insurance

We are an out-of-network provider.

Many of our clients are able to receive partial reimbursement through their insurance plans.

If you're interested in using your insurance benefits, we recommend asking your provider:

• Does my health insurance include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible to meet?
• Is there a limit to the number of sessions per year?
• Do I need a referral from my primary care physician?

*We are happy to provide superbills for your reimbursement process.*

Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:

• Cash
• Check
• Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express
• HSA/FSA cards

Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice — or missed appointments — will be billed the full session fee.
